I confirm that all health information provided by me is true, complete and accurate. I understand that running events involve physical activity and may include risks such as tiredness, dehydration, muscle cramp, injury, fall, collision, heat exhaustion, breathing difficulty, medical complications, accident, or other unexpected incidents. I confirm that I am physically and mentally fit to participate in this event. If I have any medical condition, injury, allergy, asthma, heart problem, breathing problem, previous serious illness, or any health risk that may affect my participation, I have declared it honestly in this registration form. I understand that I am joining this event voluntarily and at my own risk. I agree to follow all instructions from the organiser, marshal, medical team, security team and event crew before, during and after the event. I also agree to stop or slow down immediately if I feel unwell, dizzy, injured, unsafe, or unable to continue. In case of emergency, I allow the organiser and medical team to provide basic first aid, contact my emergency contact, and arrange medical assistance if needed. I understand that the organiser will take reasonable safety measures, but cannot guarantee that all risks or incidents can be fully avoided. By confirming this consent, I agree that the organiser, partners, sponsors, committee members, volunteers and related parties shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss, damage, illness, accident or personal belongings issue that happens due to my own health condition, negligence, failure to follow instructions, or the normal risks of participating in a running event, except where such incident is caused by proven negligence or misconduct by the organiser.
